What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are customized for each of our clients' unique, individual needs.

 

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We'll sit down and discuss what you want to get out of the project, and when...as in - any "code red" deadlines you need to address now? Then we plan well going forward, because we only like surprises on our birthday! I'm here to help you manage your money and invest in your future self.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

CPA, MBA, Securities Licenses, Arbitrator, decades of experience, genuine curiosity.


How did you get started doing this type of work?

Andy and Deb both graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and immediately accepted a position for one of the "Big 4" companies as a Public Accountant.


What types of customers have you worked with?

Millennials, Retirees, Actors, Athletes, Artists, Professionals, etc.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure it's about you...and how the adviser's business fits well with that. Big companies have all sort of "fees" that they pitch as "necessary." We have a bare bones payment system that accommodates a personalized approach to each client we take on. Don't get lost in the shuffle of big business - Your money is too important. We give each of our clients the same attention that we give my own money.


What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are your short term financial goals? What are your long term financial goals? What have you already done to get your money working for you?
